EPOSTERS

ePoster Exhibition

ePosters will be presented from Tuesday, 14 May to Friday, 17 May 2024 at the OTWorld 2024 congress and can be viewed by visitors throughout the entire period.

Templates to use when creating your ePoster

ePosters may only be submitted as a PowerPoint presentation in landscape format. Approved formats are .ppt and .pptx. Mac-specific formats will not be supported. If you have a Mac, please use PowerPoint for Mac.

CONGRESS LECTURES

You are required to transfer your presentation file in advance of OTWorld via an internet upload to a protected congress server provided by our technical services supplier. The presentation will be available in the relevant room on the day the lecture is held. We ask you to submit it in advance so that we can guarantee smooth technical delivery and so that interpreters can use it to prepare for their interpreting assignments. We would like to ask you to upload your presentation by 3 May 2024.

All speakers at OTWorld have received detailed instructions from our service provider on creating a presentation.

If you have any questions after arriving at the venue or would like a technical check on your presentation, we will be happy to help.
