About us

Step-On Hellas manufactures and distributes orthopedic products and components for the construction of Custom-Made AFOs and KAFOs. The company has developed the "STEP-ON AFO" family of products, which is a highly innovative and patented range of ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) for the treatment of foot drop. The unique feature of these AFOs is that they are hinged with a spring mechanism to assist dorsiflexion.
