The wave spring foot plate of the AllPro XTS absorbs shocks during heel strike and adapts to uneven ground. Elastomer buffers control the dorsiflexion of the AllPro XTS. These are interchangeable so that the shock and torsion damping can be flexibly adapted to current requirements.
