The BASE One shoes/foot fasteners are used as a system component of the foot abduction orthosis for babies or children diagnosed with idiopathic clubfoot according to Dr Ponseti's conservative therapy approach. The entire orthosis is used to maintain a correction of the foot made by plaster redression.
The foot fasteners are used to hold and fix the child's foot. The foot fasteners are used together with the foot abduction brace.
