The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® System was developed by an interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, osteopaths and Pilates trainers. The modular design of the System makes it easy to attach various add-ons, such as the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Trigger Tool, the SPINFITTER by SISSEL® Linum & Linum Pro, and the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Extension Kit. 

The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® helps to loosen muscular tension, mobilise joints and strengthen deep muscles. The paired ball structure enables the spinous processes to sink in, which, even in a simple supine position, achieves a positive effect on the muscular tissue adjacent to the spinal column.

The SPINEFITTER training programme puts special emphasis on the areas of back, shoulder and neck, lower back, knee, SI joint etc., which are particularly strained through a challenging everyday life. All products of the modular system are medical devices and fulfil the regulatory requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
