The orthosis has an adjustable 3-point relief system with non-elastic straps that aligns and relieves the injured area in the knee. This ensures reduced stress and pressure in the affected part & thus contributes to pain relief or reduces cartilage degradation. UniReliever™ has a TM5 joint that mimics the natural gliding and rolling motion of the knee joint and can be fitted with optional extension and flexion stops. With the BOA® wheel, patients can independently set the individual level of relief. Pulling on the wheel immediately releases the tension completely. The straps and pads are coated with skin-friendly silicone, which is comfortable to wear on the skin and ensures a good fit. In addition, the straps of the UniReliever™ cross over at the sides, which prevents irritation in the hollow of the knee.
