Die Verwendung nachhaltiger und treibhausgasneutraler Hochleistungsmaterialien ist in der Kunststoffindustrie von zunehmender Bedeutung. Die Teilnehmenden lernen einen neuen biobasierten Weg zur Herstellung von „grünen“ biobasierten Kohlenstofffasern kennen. Diese hochleistungsfähigen Leichtbauwerkstoffe können bei der Herstellung von Kunststoffen eingesetzt werden und stellen eine Alternative zu den derzeitigen Produktionsverfahren mit herkömmlichen Kohlenstofffasern dar.
